What will each session include?

Our online certification training focuses on 4 key areas of talent management and assessment usage. Sessions will cover:

Module 1 - Interpretation Training: Session one introduces participants to the McQuaig assessment process. It covers how to read and interpret trait graphs, apply results to hiring and onboarding, and explore your own profile for deeper insight.

Module 2 - Recruitment and Selection: Session two builds on foundational knowledge from Module 1 and explores more advanced interpretation strategies. Participants learn to navigate complex profiles, identify potential flags, and apply insights to both hiring and development conversations.

Module 3 - Onboarding with McQuaig: Session three focuses on integrating assessment data across tools to form a complete picture of candidate or employee fit. It also provides guidance on tailoring communication and coaching based on behavioral insights.

Module 4 - Conflict Resolution: Session four explores how to apply insights from the Word Survey to real-world challenges across the employee lifecycle. It emphasizes strategies for using behavioral data to support hiring, development, and team dynamics.
