Module 2: Recruitment and Selection Overview
In this 2 hour module we will go through the recruitment and selection process using the McQuaig tools. The session will focus on creating effective benchmarks, reviewing candidate profiles, and making decisions based on the needs of the business. Through an interactive group-based case study you will “make a hire” and then compare your results with your peers. Through this process we will spend some time understanding and using the McQuaig Job Fit Interview guide.
