Module 5: Team Effectiveness

In the first module of the Development Learning Path, we take a deeper dive into profile types and the role they play in team effectiveness. In this 2 hour session, you will discover how different personalities affect team functionality. The session will start with an in-depth review of each trait scale where we look at the strengths and weaknesses of each trait, before using breakout rooms to walk through a multi-step case study. Your facilitator, Mano Rupra, will also join you as a participant to share how McQuaig is leveraging its own suite of tools to develop our own teams!
