Module 6: Employee Development and Coaching
The number one thing Certified McQuaig Interpreters want to learn more about is employee development and coaching. In this 2 hour session, you will participate in a guided but casual conversation with other HR professionals. We will share current practices, brainstorm new ones, and walk away with new ideas to engage and develop employees. We will use breakout rooms to discuss current wins and challenges each organization is facing by speaking directly with a small group of experts. Your facilitator, Mano Rupra will also join you as a participant to share how McQuaig is leveraging our tools to develop employees and leaders!
