In this 2 hour module we will learn how McQuaig can be used to manage conflict in the workplace and also how to avoid it in the first place! The focus will not only be on employees and understanding themselves but for existing managers to constantly be self-reflecting and understanding how their temperament can affect employee morale and behaviour. Sometimes it’s as simple as understanding one another’s communication style. Upon completion of this module you will discover how simple it really is to avoid conflict and instead open up the lines of communication with a deeper understanding of those whom you work with regularly, a truly proactive approach.
